Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and manage the company's end-to-end logistics operations, including import and export activities, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, inventory management, and distribution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of supply chain management and international trade. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant movement of goods while maintaining high customer satisfaction and

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and warehouse performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare logistics reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead, train, and supervise the logistics team.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams to support business operations.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export operations, customs procedures, and freight management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
